Spruce Picea Essential Oil

Spruce is one of my favorite single oils. I love the aroma of Spruce because it brings me back to the time that I’ve spent in the mountains.

Spruce creates the symbolic effect of an umbrella which protects the earth and brings energy in from the universe. At night animals in the forests lie down under conifer trees for protection and rejuvenation that the tree will provide for them.

Spruce is a grounding oil. It grounds the solar plexus and stimulates the thymus. It creates the emotional balance necessary for us to be gracious at both giving and receiving. I find that very interesting since Spruce trees are often used as Christmas trees.

Spruce can help us to push through emotional blocks for further healing.

This is a great oil for diffusing but it is also nice applied with a carrier oil to any part of the body but I particularly enjoy having this one rubbed on my feet.
